RETURNS : We want you to adore what you ordered, but if something isn't what you thought, let us know. We will exchange your purchase or give you a store credit.
How do we do this you ask? All returns must be authorized by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it - with original packaging and tags.
If accepted for a return, after we receive the item a refund will be given back to the original card on the order.
EXCHANGES: All exchanges must be authorized by email at email@example.com and must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order.
For exchanges, to ensure to get the correct item exchanged and due to our small batches we recommend you purchase the exchanged item on the website.
Once we receive your item we will process the refund for the returned item!
