We offer tracked shipping options worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We apologize for potential delays due to COVID-19, they are beyond our control. 

All international shipments are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or refunds due to the additional freight and duty costs associated with those orders.

Import taxes & Duties

Your order may be subject to Import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. This varies by country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

 

RETURNS

We want you to adore what you ordered, but if something isn't what you thought, let us know.  

How do we do this you ask? 

All returns must be authorized by email  at contact@axelandrose.com and must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order.

Must provide

    • Name the order was purchased under
    • Order number
    • Email address associated with the order

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it - with original packaging and tags. 

If accepted for a return, after we receive the item a refund will be given back to the original card on the order. 

 

EXCHANGES

All returns must be authorized by email  at contact@axelandrose.com and must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order.

Must provide

For exchanges, to ensure to get the correct item exchanged and due to our small batches we recommend you purchase the exchanged item on the website. 

Once we receive your item we will process the refund for the returned item!
